This program delivers appropriate and safe exercises and movement strategies for women during their pregnancy and postpartum phases. Our program empowers women with what they CAN do during this stage of life. We believe all women are athletes. No matter where they are starting out or what their sport and fitness background is.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Program Offerings

Online Training Programs

  • All programs begin with a complimentary consultation with one of our coaches to gain background information, health history, current, and past exercise/fitness experience, injuries, etc.
  • Monthly programs built uniquely for each individual based on your goals, access to equipment, time requirements, and injuries
  • Virtual monthly check-in with one of our Pregnancy & Postpartum coaches to determine progress, fine-tune the program, make adjustments based on how your body is responding, and what stage of your pregnancy or postpartum period you are in
  • Adjustments to program for vacation and holidays

Virtual Classes Series

A few times per year we offer 8-week virtual classes built specifically for women who are pregnant or recently postpartum. Classes are run two times per week over Zoom for 60-minutes. Online training programs will be adapted for clients who are taking part in both services. Classes will also be recorded so if you are unable to attend, you can have access to the recorded class to complete on your own time. We offer 20 seats per class series so we can deliver personalized service and provide proper form corrections.

Nutrition Coaching

What you eat directly impacts the health and nutrition of your growing baby. The choice to add on a nutrition package to your training program or class series is available. Nutrition coaching tailored to eating healthy while pregnant may also be purchased separately, without the training component. Working with our Pregnancy and Postpartum nutrition coach, we will create a program that ensures you are fuelling your body appropriately through the different trimesters of your pregnancy  Click here to see how our nutrition program works.
